Biography

Lisa joined the Lohman Company team in 2022. She currently serves as Talent Director for the Project Professional Services division. In this role, Lisa proactively establishes relationships with talented professionals to deliver project-based solutions with our clients nationwide.

Lisa is an accomplished recruiting professional, bringing over 25 years of experience to Lohman Company. She has held similar roles with local and large, global consulting firms, has worked for national and boutique staffing companies, and operates an independent recruiting business.

Lisa’s career in recruiting is a culmination of her passion for connecting with people, a relentless curiosity, and a natural inclination for helping others. Playing a part in helping companies achieve great things and supporting individual’s career growth is realized through her work with the Project Professional Services division.

Originally from a small farm town in Iowa, Lisa has called Phoenix home for more than 30 years. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her partner of 10 years, Chevy, RV camping, and hiking with her two dogs, Penelope and Chapo. She loves laughter, music, comedies, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
