With another successful tax season behind us, Lohman Company looks forward to more exciting opportunities to come. Here are some of the recent activities and events we’ve participated in as well as some hard earned accomplishments!
Lohman Company Gives Back!
Lohman Company has become the first corporate sponsor for the 100+ Women Who Care Valley of the Sun chapter. Our own Cati Piorkowski is a member of this wonderful organization. The 100+ Women Who Care Valley of the Sun organization is an informal group of women in the community who love to give. The members donate $100 to a select local charity four times a year. Lohman Office Fun…
As our season of opportunity arrived this year, we once again made sure that our cupboards were well stocked with food choices to stimulate our brains. A special thank you to Valerie for helping to keep our stomachs happy.
Super Bowl Squares – to prepare for the Super Bowl, we once again put together a Super Bowl Squares game for anyone to participate in. Besides the Patriot’s, this year’s winners included Amanda Perrotte, Valerie Long and Beth Nuthals.
Oscar Ballot Contest – once again we sponsored an annual Oscar ballot contest in which employees attempt to guess the winners for each category. This year, first prize went to Allison Dozbaba with 19 out of 24 correct winners! Valerie Long was the runner up with 18 correct winners. The “Razzie” award winner was Amanda Lilly with a whopping 2 correct winners!
Chair massages – Bringing back a professional massage therapist to provide chair massages for all of our hard working associates during March and again during April certainly went a long way to keeping up morale.
Reducing stress during tax season is always essential, Lohman Company once again instituted our casual wear policy from the end of March through the April 15th deadline to help create a more relaxed environment. Jeans, tennis shoes and slippers were some of the more common things that were seen around our office.
On April 16th, we closed the office down around 1:00pm and ventured over to our local Top Golf where we enjoyed spending the afternoon relaxing and hitting some golf balls in a great environment.

Continued Congratulations to Kyle Miller!!! After receiving his Kansas CPA certification in December, he has now received his Arizona CPA certification as well.
Two New Lohman Bundles
Congratulations!!
Doug and Analycia Alford welcomed their first baby, Dallas, on February 5. He was 19 1/4″ tall and weighed 7 lbs, 8 oz.
Kirsten and Dan Ryan welcomed their second baby, Miles, on January 22. He was 21″ tall and weighed 7 lbs, 15 oz.
