Biography

Collin joined the Lohman Company team in 2026. He currently serves as a tax manager in the firm’s Tax Department. In this capacity, he serves as a tax advisor, helping family-owned operations as well as large businesses with complex entity structures. Collin specializes in tax advisory services including the various tax credits available.

Originally from Arizona, Collin brings experience across both corporate and individual tax work, supporting closely held businesses and business owners across real estate, manufacturing, and retail. He earned his degree from BYU’s highly regarded accounting program, has worked in tax full time since 2020, and received his CPA license in 2023.

Collin describes his role simply: taxes are complex and overwhelming for most people. His job is to simplify the process, remove unnecessary friction, and help clients save time and money through thoughtful strategy and clear communication.

Outside of work, Collin enjoys spending time with his family, playing volleyball and pickleball, and diving into board and card games. He is also fluent in Spanish, having lived in Spain for a couple years.
